RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Nugen Naturals accepts returns and exchanges for most items purchased directly through NugenNaturals.com. All requests for returns and exchanges for products purchased at an authorized Nugen Naturals partner should be directed to the retail location where the products were originally purchased.
Nugen Naturals does not accept returns on trial kits, samples or any items sold as final sale.
Requests for returns for damages or errors made in shipping or incorrect products must be emailed to our Customer Care department within 48 hours of receipt of shipment to obtain a return management authorization (RMA) or have your order corrected at contact@NugenNaturals.com .
Customer Care hours of operation are Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM PST.
All return requests for qualified goods purchased more than 30 days ago may be returned if there is an expiration date of 1 year or more from the date of the RMA request. Returns for goods purchased more than 30 days ago will be subject to a restocking fee of 20% of the actual price paid for the products.
All shipping costs and charges associated with an approved RMA are the customer’s responsibility. Shipping and handling are not refunded nor will a credit be issued.
All returns must be sent to the attention of the RMA Department, with the RMA number written on the outside of the box and mailed to:

You can cancel your subscription at any time by going to “My Account” and clicking on “Subscriptions.” You must cancel at least 7 days prior to your upcoming scheduled shipment in order to avoid your credit card being charged.
